You can choose a direct source of creatine without changing the way you eat. For vegetarian and vegan shoppers, the starting point is a suitable ingredient and a clear reason to use it—especially when resistance training is part of the routine.
Add creatine without adding meat or fish
Meat and fish supply dietary creatine, and your body also makes its own. A supplement offers another source without adding those foods. Choosing one does not mean your diet is deficient.
For someone who wants creatine alongside strength training, that makes ingredient origin a practical purchasing question rather than a reason to change their eating pattern.
What makes it relevant to strength training?
An eight-week trial studied creatine with resistance training in vegetarians and nonvegetarians. Supplemented participants improved several muscle and performance measures; vegetarians started with lower muscle creatine and showed larger changes in some measures. Read the Burke trial.
This supports considering creatine alongside training, not a guaranteed result from diet alone. The study used a loading phase and body-size-adjusted doses; it was not a trial of AEVA’s daily serving.

Choose a source that fits your diet
Alzchem states that Creavitalis® is made without animal-based raw materials. AEVA’s planned formula uses Creavitalis as its sole ingredient. Check the final label before purchase; AEVA does not currently claim independent vegan certification. See the ingredient manufacturer’s information.
Your routine, in the AEVA format
The Starter brings together 300 g of creatine, a reusable graphite jar and presentation box. At 5 g per serving, the jar holds your first 60 servings. A 150 g pouch provides the next 30.
Choose Starter only to begin without a subscription. Keep your jar and select refills when you need them: a direct creatine source, in a format designed for a familiar daily step.
For adults. Follow the product directions. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, discuss supplementation with a qualified clinician before use.
